Admission Policy
Admissions to Freedom Fighter Pandit Badri Datt Pandey Atal Utkrisht Government Inter College, Jabukathal, Berinag, District Pithoragarh are conducted in accordance with the rules, regulations, and guidelines issued by the Department of School Education, Government of Uttarakhand and the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE).
Classes Offered
- Middle Section: Classes VI to VIII
- Secondary Section: Classes IX and X
- Senior Secondary Section: Classes XI and XII
Eligibility
- Admission is granted subject to the availability of seats.
- The student must satisfy the age criteria prescribed by the Government of Uttarakhand/CBSE.
- Admission to higher classes is based on the Transfer Certificate (TC), previous academic records, and other applicable guidelines.
- Admission to Class XI is offered as per the eligibility criteria and stream availability after the declaration of Class X results.
Documents Required
The following documents are required at the time of admission:
- Duly filled Admission Form
- Transfer Certificate (TC) from the previous school
- Progress Report/Mark Sheet of the previous class
- Birth Certificate (for fresh admissions)
- Aadhaar Card (Student)
- Aadhaar Card of Parent/Guardian
- Passport-size photographs of the student
- Caste Certificate (if applicable)
- Income Certificate (if applicable)
- Residence Certificate (if applicable)
- Any other document as prescribed by the Government or CBSE.
Admission Process
- Obtain the admission form from the school office.
- Submit the completed form along with the required documents.
- Verification of documents by the admission committee.
- Admission is confirmed after approval by the Principal and completion of all formalities.
Important Note
- Admissions are subject to the availability of seats and Government/CBSE norms.
- Incomplete applications or incorrect information may lead to cancellation of admission.
- The decision of the Principal regarding admissions shall be final.

The whole session is divided into two terms. The duration of Term – I is from April to September and the duration of Term – II is from October to March
